Heavenly Father Jehovah Jireh, I give you the concerns of my heart today, Lord. You know the burdens that I am carrying right now. They weigh on my mind and turn my waking moments into chances to worry. I know you are my refuge. I do, I just have not allowed You to play that role when it comes to this particular worry. Why do I hold back so much? I want to trust you with everything in my life. Help me lighten my grip on matters of insignificance. In matters of great importance and spiritual weight, let me be free to turn them over to you my provider, my Lord, my rock. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
