Heavenly Father, with hope in my heart, I can wait upon your Mercy. My mouth is so use to forming sentences of wants, grievances, can be closed and still. My voice, so use to crying out, requesting, questioning, can be silenced.
Surrounded by hope, there is no need for the noise of my mind and heart. Prayers pour forth from my soul. Father, thank You for the sanctuary created by my void of words. Encourage me to return to this place more often. When the busy days shout their commands, I will return to Your feet and be thankful for Your peace. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
